Work Description:
The works comprised the Demolition of 4no. houses and the Construction of a new block of 19no. apartments and 3no. new houses. The site access is very restricted, and we had to obtain a pavement closure as well as licences with 2no. adjoining owners for access. A lifting jib Tower Crane has kept road congestion to a minimum by offloading lorries quickly. Sheet piling was necessary due to the severity of the sloping site along with 119no. CFA piles.
